Nikki Norris hit a rough patch on her road to success. Her partner in their interior design firm ran off with all their money. Then her fiancée said he didn't want to marry her. She's due for a break. When she's forced to move, she learns that her next door neighbor is Troy Dallas, a very sexy fashion photographer. He's attracted to her and she to him. Good things are going to happen. Right? This is such a humorous and sensual story. Nikki and Dallas make such a perfect couple. It's too bad that he doesn't do forever. The characters are charming and their chemistry is so hot. I love when they are together. Her ex, Matthew, is so wrong for her. I didn't understand why such a kick-ass woman let a man like Matthew destroy her confidence. I wanted him gone. Dallas is so much better for her. He wants her to be happy. I understood his insecurity and was glad when he finally faced his past and moved on with his life. Sophie Wintner did a great job! Her plot was solid and her characters were well written. I was immediately pulled into their romance. I couldn't put down Love Thy Neighbor. I wanted a HEA for Nikki and Dallas.Product details

I loved this story!! We all have baggage and fears. This story showed that in order to be happy we have to let go of the past.
Loved it. This is a true romance. Soft and sweet with a lot of sexy! Wintner is a great writer. I'll be looking for more from her.
Really enjoyed this book. It was entertaining and engaging. The characters well-thought out, as well as a plot line that had some different elements.
This was a really well written book. A romance book filled with humor, love and quite a bit of steam, but nothing over the top. I am guessing that this the author's first book, as I checked and couldn't find another. If Imhad, I would have bought it right away. Loved the way she wrote. Just a warm love story.
I know that technically this is listed as a romance novel, but for me it just read as a great story about two memorable characters who overcome their flaws and weaknesses in order to be together. Wintner touches on the human condition and the fears associated with what it means to love and be loved. As someone who is experiencing something like this in real life, it really resonated with me.
In the beginning, I wasn't really sure what I thought about the book. I like the characters even though Nikki was too hung up on the ex-fiancé, who's a real idiot. Dallas was great and so sweet. Sometimes he felt more like her life coach or something. I think there was little conflicts, and the conflict that were there, was too easy. It was all like coincidence and missed moments. I felt like I only read half of the story. It just could have been something more.
Sometimes I thought the writing was a little wired and awkward. It was just so clinical.
But in the end, it was a good story, an easy read and a sweet tale.
Love The Neighbor, indeed! I thought this book was really well done. I really liked Nikki. I liked that she was dealing with a crappy hand as best she could instead of wilting and letting a man handle it for her, but she was still vulnerable to her ex. That seemed very realistic to me. And Dallas was a great character. I liked the whole sub-plot about his brother and his mom. Overall, Sophie Wintner did a great job moving the timeline along in the book and it worked well. And, I love a book set in my hometown! (Although, you wouldn't be walking down Oak Street and expect to hit a Marshall's or something around the corner.) I'm already looking forward to Ms. Wintner's next book!
